This insurance is exclusively for multifocal scleral lenses
What is covered:
- 45% discount for breakage or replacement due to wear (broken or damaged lens must be returned)
- 45% discount for prescription changes without health insurance intervention within 3 years.
- 10% discount on all contact lens solutions and tools
- Unlimited contact lens-related eye care (check-ups and refittings)
- All health insurance reimbursements via third-party payer scheme
Terms and conditions:
- You pay your insurance premium monthly via automatic debit. If you stop payments, all coverages will lapse.
- Minimum term is 36 months. If the insurance is terminated early, you will receive a final invoice for the multifocal surcharge
- Waiting period of 4 months before breakage and loss warranty can be used.
- Contact lens-related eye care and discounts on contact lens solutions and tools have no waiting period.
