What is covered:
- new lens every 18 months
- €149 per lens in case of breakage or replacement due to wear (broken, damaged, or old lens must be returned)
- 10% discount on all contact lens solutions and tools
- unlimited contact lens-related eye care (check-ups and refittings)
- GP Multi 120 ml.
Terms and conditions:
- You pay for your subscription monthly via automatic debit. If you stop payments, all warranties will expire and an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to you.
- A 4-month waiting period applies before the breakage and loss warranty can be used.
- Contact lens-related eye care and discounts on contact lens solutions and tools have no waiting period.
