Description
What is covered:
- New lenses every 18 months.
- €199 per lens in case of breakage or replacement due to wear (broken or damaged lens must be returned)
- 10% discount on all contact lens solutions and tools
- Unlimited contact lens-related eye care (check-ups and refittings)
- All health insurance reimbursements are processed via the third-party payer system
- Maintenance solutions included: 12x Gp Multi 120ml and 3x Ote Clean 40ml per 18 months (provided in 3 installments after each semi-annual check-up)
Terms and conditions:
- You pay for your subscription monthly; it is automatically debited from your account.
- Term = 36 months
- If you stop payments, all guarantees will lapse and an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to you.
- Waiting period of 4 months before breakage and loss warranty can be used.
- Contact lens-related eye care and discounts on contact lens solutions and tools have no waiting period.
